Today is International Women's Day! And what better time to announce a brand new podcast produced by Inclusive Sport Design in collaboration with SWIM Coaches and Teachers Australia!

The Levelling the Deck initiative, by SWIM Coaches and Teachers Australia, aims to promote inclusivity and equity in the world of swim coaching and teaching. ISD and SWIM Coaches and Teachers Australia have teamed up to produce a brand new Podcast for the Levelling the Deck initiative as an engaging educational resource for the swim coaching and teaching industry in Australia.

Episode 01

In this first episode, I lead a discussion on inclusion and equity for women in swim coaching. Our guests include leading elite Australian swim coaches Joanne Love, Janelle Pallister, Marty Roberts, and Ash Delaney. They share their honest experiences and insights on the challenges faced by women in the swim coaching industry.
